2nd Lieutenant John Christian Barber




Born 1892, Birkenhead, the son of Robert and Alice M. Barber, of The Red House, New Brighton, Wallasey. Upon returning from abroad in August 1914, John enlisted in the 1/10th Battalion King's (Liverpool) Regiment. (Liverpool Scottish) John was killed in action at the attack on the German lines at Hooge, 16th June 1915.
